John PeetGeneral ManagerJohn Peet cut his teeth behind the bar in Los Angeles, after graduating from the University Of Cincinnati. In 2015, he moved to Nashville and won the Nashville Bartenders Bash two consecutive years (2015 & 2016). After a brief stint helping to open Asbury Distilling in NJ, where he consulted on spirits while acting as General Manager, he returned to Nashville as Bar Manager at House of Cards, one of Open Table's 100 best restaurants. Peet was also part of the opening teams of Nashville staples Skull’s Rainbow Room and Old Glory. With more than 10 years of experience behind the bar, John is a certified Bourbon Steward, a Level One Sommelier, and has been featured in the the Tennessean, LA Weeks, and USA Today.

E.M. BartolacciExecutive ChefE.M. grew up cooking as a passion, and started his professional career in Los Angelos on the ground floor as he worked his way up to full time Chef. He then spent 18 months in Mexico learning the intricacies of the county's cuisine. He moved to Nashville in 2013, where he helped open Cafe Roze as the Chef di Cuisine, which became one of Bon Appetite Magazine's Top 50 New Restaurants in the country. Bartolacci was also the CDC at Nashville's Otaku has been featured in publications such as O.C Weekly and Grunion Gazette.
